Sometimes you come across a stamp set and you are instantly inspired! I love those moments, so here is what I made with the gift stamps that came with issue 190 of Simply Cards & Papercraft Magazine.
If you follow me on my Facebook Page, you may have seen a small sneak peek of the project I was currently making along with a mention of some exciting news. I have been asked to join the Nitwit Collections Design Team & I couldn’t wait to get started! Here are my projects….
I absolutely adore this time of year for buying papercraft magazines. Why? Because the free gifts are extra amazing in the Christmas issues and the ones in issue 47 Creative Stamping magazine will not disappoint! And the fact they are by Altenew made me happy dance when it landed on my doorstep.
If you ever have trouble adding patterned paper to your cards, then this post is for you! Using patterned paper can make a big statement and is the perfect solution in making a stack of cards in no time.

This is another example of less is more – and how beautiful are those dotty butterflies?
I still love this rose stamp just as much as when it first came to us almost a year ago. This stamp set will never be leaving my craft room….ever. Actually, it comes with me to classes & workshops so I can teach people how to watercolour these roses, but then it goes straight back […]
This card is stunningly beautiful and I seem to be going back to my old love of gold & navy again. I just simply love this colour combination! Moth to a flame and all that jazz!
This Card can be made in 4″x 4″ or 6″x 6″ – either would look great. We are running low on time to get cards made and sent before Christmas, so I’m still keeping things simple.
Is it really only 12 sleeps until Christmas?! Today is also the last day to have your Stampin’Up! order delivered before Christmas as well. I have chosen to make a Happy New Card for today’s project.
Here we are with another use for the pine branch stamp from the Peace this Christmas stamp set.
