I’ve packed away the Christmas stamps for today’s card – there are birthday’s to be celebrated this month, so we are doing a ‘normal’ card today!
Timeless Textures is one of those stamp sets that is a must for any stamp hoarder’s collection. I have used this set for so many projects, from cards to scrapbook pages. For this card I have used the distressed ‘Fleur de Leys’ type stamp as a background. What made me really want this set though, was the coffee ring stain stamp – but that one’s for another day.
I used the distressed spotty stamp with some white heat embossing powder and then punched out my butterfly. This would also look good with a flower aswell.
Remember, it’s really lovely to stamp on your envelope with the same stamp so it all matches too.
