1st Day Of Christmas 2016 – Large Pretty Snowflake Gift Box Tutorial

Welcome to the 1st Day of Christmas 2016

This series will be 12 Christmas projects for you all and I will sharing them back to back.

Day 1 is a medium to large gift box and is beautifully stamped with a large snowflake from the Frosted Medallions set.  I absolutely love this snowflake! It’s so pretty.

Dimensions

I have used standard UK A4 for both the lid and the base. These instructions will work for any paper size, so long as your 2 pieces start out at the same size.

Finished Size: 7.25 x 4.25 x 2″

Base:
Trim 1/16″ off the landscape side and then the portrait side
Score all four sides at 2″

Lid:
No trimming required
Score all four sides at 2″

Tag:
2 x 3.25″

Thank you for visiting day 1’s project. If you have enjoyed today, please subscribe to my blog on the right and/or my YouTube channel so you don’t miss the rest of the series.

Hostess Code Club – do you like free gifts?

All orders over £25 (before shipping & handling) & using this month’s Hostess Code at checkout will receive a Hostess Gift from me. If your order is over £150, please do not use this code – you can claim your own Stampin’ Rewards.
All online orders under £150 will collect Stampin’ Rewards (free product) throughout the month. Your order is processed as normal, with it being delivered to your house as usual, so nothing changes there. But, at the end of the month, I close off the code and work out how many people have placed orders and divide the total Stampin’ Rewards between them all, making sure that everyone has exactly the same products.

However, the more people who join the code, the higher the rewards go because everyone is pulling together towards a common goal!

This month’s code can be found at the top right of this page or on the home page
