Today we are making our own pretty daffodil mugs with water slide decals. You’ll be amazed how many nice mugs you can make with these easy transfers!
I’ve wanting to try this technique for quite a while, so when I saw the free Altenew gift that came with Simply Cards & Papercraft Magazine #188, I knew I had to try and make a daffodil mug. The free gift is a set of dies to create beautiful daffodils and it also comes with a free download of images, sentiments and papers.
In today’s tutorial, I show you how make the mug step by step. It’s really easy and a lot of fun too!

Ha Helen, I just bought some Water Slide Decals from Amazon to do some projects with! So cool that you did a video on it. I love how your mug came out. Can’t believe you were able to get the “shading” on the leaves like that as they were super thin in some areas. Well done!
