So, who needs Christmas cards that are straightforward to make and uses a clever trick that really finishes your cards to high standard? Without too much effort?
Hopefully this card will tick all those boxes. I love the little fir branch stamp that comes in the Peace This Christmas stamp set (Annual). Out of all the stamps that I own (and that’s a lot!), this has to be the most versatile one. You can layer it up in shades of green. You can make a wreath or a funny bush thing with a hole in the middle. Check the link below for that one and yes, it looks nice! I’ve even used it as a background stamp.
To give today’s card a little extra detail, I fussy cut the copper pinecones – but you can also just stamp them directly onto your card and heat emboss them there.
If you have a few of these to make then I would suggest you do each stage in batches – cut all your cardstock, do all your stamping, heat emboss, trimming and then assembly. I promise you, this is the quickest and least stressful way of making many cards!
