1st Day of Christmas | 2 in 1 Christmas Planner & December Daily

Welcome to the first day of my new Christmas series – The 12 Days of Christmas! I will be sharing 12 Christmas projects with you over the course of November…every Wednesday, Friday & Sunday. The first project is an incredibly useful one and I hope you will agree…and there’s no printer required!

I love it when a good plan comes together. Every year I write all my plans and shopping lists into a really boring notebook. Every year, I always tell myself I will do a December Daily. But all that seems to happen is this….boring notebook comes out, gets used and becomes indispensable. December Daily….I’ll get that done in the new year when I have more time.

I want the above to change. Every year I want to bring out a beautiful planner to write everything down in. AND I WANT TO DO A DECEMBER DAILY!!! I mean ACTUALLY do one! So, this year I’m going to merge these 2 together. Everything will be kept in the same place in one complete package and I have my Canon Selphy at the ready for instant photo printing. It can be viewed years down the line as our complete picture of Christmas.

So here we have the 2 in 1 planner and December Daily. You will not need a printer or anything too fancy to make the pages of the planner. Just your favourite papers, notebooks, elastic and a laminator. All products I have used will be linked down below. You can change the sizes to suit your notebooks too.

Dimensions
Main Cover – 8″x 8.75″ Score at 4″, 4 3/8″ & 4.75″
Notebook Covers (x4) – 8 1/8″x 7 7/8″ Score at 4″ & 4 1/8″ with the 8 1/8″ side along the top of the board
Pockets (x2) – 3 7/8″x 4″ Mark 2″ on 1 side and trim corner off as per video

There are 2 parts to today’s project. The first is a walk through of the pages I have personalised and the second is how to make your own.

Thank you for dropping by today. If you have enjoyed today’s project, please subscribe to my blog on the right and/or my YouTube channel so you don’t miss any future projects. 1. Thank you so much for the Christmas Planner/December Daily tutorial – I really enjoyed your informative instructions and cheerful chat. I have made one using the same papers and am very pleased with the result. Happy Christmas to you. Julia

  2. Hi Helen,
I was wondering where you bought the notebooks. I have looked and looked and can’t fund them anywhere.
