Tutorial | How To Make a Christmas Diorama Card

September is upon us and if you like to get a head start with your Christmas cards, then today’s project is a great way of starting. This card is featured in the current issue of Die-Cutting Essentials 28 and here is the tutorial on how to make it.

I have used beautiful papers from First Edition Paper, called Merry Little Christmas – it’s a lovely mix of greens, purples and reds. This card is perfect for posting, as it lays flat in it’s envelope and then stands up when displayed. Dimensions & supplies are down below.

Dimensions
4″x 6″ White card (x2) Score at 0.5″, 1″, 5″ & 5.5″
Front mats – 4″x 4″ (x1) & 4″x 3/8″ (x4)
Back mat – 4″ x 4″ (x1)
Circles – 3″ & 2,5/8″

This card is part of collection of cards that I made for issue 28 of Die-Cutting Essentials, using nesting dies to make Christmas themed cards. This month’s issue comes with a beautiful die set from Tonic. To order your copy, please click HERE.
