Hello and welcome to the very first Pootlers’ Team Birthday Blog Hop! Team Pootles has grown so large that we now have quite a lot of birthdays to celebrate – and mine is this month! The 9th of January to be exact.
I have to admit, I’ve never made myself a birthday card before and I also had to double check that I put the right age on it. Yes, I had to get the calculator out and check it! Oh Dear! I was hoping the display would say 34, but oh well! Just as long as I don’t end up being the crazy old cat lady that sends herself birthday cards. If I did though, I’d definitely send myself a tenner 🙂 Actually, I’m worth more than that – at least a £20 note, crisp and brand new from the cash point.
I took my colour inspiration from the Falling In Love Suite (Sahara Sand, Soft Sky & Blushing Bride). If you are wondering what stamps I used to make this card, I used 2 sets – Delicate Details and the sentiment came from So In Love.
