Welcome to Week #3

This week is somewhat different and as far away as possible from last week’s cute and simple baby theme.
I love rainbows – they brighten everything up and they make my brain twinkle!

I used 10 ink pad colours in total to make my rainbow – feel free to use any colours that you love.
I sourced my plain wooden coasters from a shop on Ebay. I simply searched for plain wooden coasters and there was a good choice to choose from. They even have circular ones. Other places you might find them are possibly craft stores and art shops. Have a good browse online and see what you can find.

To seal my coasters I used a clear gloss sealer – again these can be found on Ebay, Amazon and DIY shops. The wood will soak in the sealer so you’ll need a good few coats – especially if you’d like a gloss finish.

To care for your finished and sealed coaster you just need to wipe it clean. It should not be submerged in water or go into the dishwasher.

I used just the star from this month’s stamp set – Every Occasion.

Thank you for joining me and I hope you enjoyed today’s project. As always, I am here to answer any questions you may have. You can contact me here or via my Facebook Page.
